Pro and con of captive breed and wild caught

I was planning to get a few from him before until he showed me some pics, half of the "leos" were motoros and were mixed in with leo pups and they were all with broken tails and were all shedding slime like mad, they werent looking all that great either.

thank you for the info, i buy it from someone i have deal for years. i saw the pics, it looks fine and definitely is P13, and he had it for 6months already. So i pay few hundred more to buy a healthy one.
