My GF has a 10gal guppy tank with f'n camallanus worms in it, just found out what they were yesterday. We're trying the parasite clear from jungle labs, although it sounds like it is going to be unsuccessful. I dipped my hand in there yesterday to check out a snail to make sure it was alive (he's a monster and would have hated to see him go) and didn't realize until now that I could have had eggs or something on my hand.

Now my question is how easy is it to pass these from one tank to the next? I did water changes yesterday so my hands were in all my tanks...I'm going to be supremely pissed if my fish get it. Even if I dried my hand off...am I still boned? It's not like I was trying to catch the guppies with the worms, but either way, I have never had a single problem with any kind of infection in any of my tanks, nor lost any fish to it, and idk what I'd do if I did...
