Problem after water change???

1 tsp of aquarium salt or non iodized salt shouldn’t be a problem. What kind did you use?
Also, where do you get your water from? A private well or public supply? Do you ever test the water parameters of your supply water vs tank water? If the water parameters don’t match up preforming large water changes could be harmful.

Not even tsp it was tea spoon I use the sanital salt from tropical aqua care with aloe Vera it very good product really in general.
I take my water from a private supply and before a few months I was did some measurements and it was Al great to be honest.
Today the piranhas it came back to normal and we eat nice and good I think it was some kind of stress and they adapt to.
Last day I bought a filter with uv sterilisation.... What you guys think about that? I heard a lot of good things about that
