Ive wanted a bass boat for a really loooong time. and a 14ft jon boat would suit my needs (at least i think?) It will fish lakes up to 200ish acres so only a trolling mototr would be needed, plus electric mototrs are the only ones legal for these lakes. i would say that it would be used ALOT but would this work for me (14) and lets say 2 friends or my dad and pa? i would try to go bigger for stability but i found a 14fter for 400 but no room for it! i hate kayak fishing. does anyone feel they are similar to kayaks? thanks

A jon boat is nothing like a kayak. You can maybe get three on a 14, but it will be tight. Good luck
