I did a 60%, but dont worry i got the water from my other tank that has perfect water. We will see how he is doing in the next couple of days.

Getting water from your other tank may not be necessarily good either. Though it may not contain bacteria, it does contain fish waste. Just go straight from the tap, its alot cleaner.

how did it get cloudy eyes? from what i've experienced....it's mostly physical activities such as transferring it from different tank, or fighting with a different fish...30 % water change every other day with salt will clear it up within a week...make sure you know what caused it though...really important
