thanks guys.. im deff missing the o ring... i order it only so its going to be a ***** to return lol

yourock it... its prob your pump. if you can get in contact with fluval.. this is madd hard to for i kept getting disconnected every time i called yesterday.. they will most likey send u a new pump for free

Make sure that your impeller is clear (you have to remove the motor housing to check)and that you have at least 2 gallons of water in the cannister or the computer chip wont power it up.
