HITH will not go away... it will become dormant if your lucky... once they have it they have it... the only thing that will help now is pristene water conditions and aquarium salt according to directions on box, and varied diet and no stress.. If the RD and Oscar are aggressive with each other they need to be separated..good luck

The hole in the head is from the waterchanges you never did!

Hole In the head comes from many causes.. i agree that water changes is the most important of all the things we do to keep our fish healthy....but even water changes is no quarentee against HITH.
