the eco system fresh solution is great stuff. i have been using this stuff for a few months now and wow. the colors of my fish are amazing. no stress problems. it adds all trace elements back to the water along with vitamins. i recomend you guys try this stuff. it really does work well. i have noticed results in my fish.

I think I remember reading a past thread that the Eco System was a good "Add-on" to a filter system. But I also remember reading a 50/50 review of it too. I'm glad it worked for you though, Rock-On!
