Well the only way can breed koi is in a pond or using hormones which i have no prob using but idk where to buy themand i dont have a pond.Discus sound good but they are hard to care for and the only rays in my budget are tea cups and I dont like severums

With those tank sizes, you might want to look into some of the FW shrimp species coming out of Asia. Some of the shrimp sell for up to a c-note per.
