I have a 10 gallon and 36 gallon tank and I'm wondering what kind of fish are the most profitable to help me make some money

Start small if you don't have a lot of room (you don't currently). I have glofish spawning in a 10g breeder tank which I am selling to my lfs. Some mollies on top of that but they take a couple months to grow out enough to be big enough to sell so I have to get another tank. You won't be too bad if you talk to a lfs about what they might be interested in buying from you. Spawn in the 10g, grow out in the 36. Get some dividers for multiple (don't know the word) times that babies were born so you don't have larger babies eating smaller babies or eggs because fish breed fast, every few weeks (my glofish drop eggs weekly because not all are on the same spawning schedule or something).

Thats a start. Be prepared for it not to be perfect from the beginning though. You will lose eggs, lose babies, and have a hard time finding good fry food for them. For starters I recommend livebearers. They are going to be much easier to handle then doing eggs from the start. For some reason not very many local breeders are selling gpies and mollies to my lfs so they want whatever I have because they prefer local breeders to ordering online

Im not the definitive expert as I haven't been keeping fish for very long but I am passionate about breeding. Pm me if you have any questions and maybe I can track down the answer for ya

Edit: is brood the word I was looking for?
