I need to buy four 4ft programable lights for my 4'x8' aquarium. The water depth will be 29" from the surface of the water to the substrate. I want the lights to sit on the lids to cut down on glare. I will have around 6 tinfoil barbs in the tank and from experience these guys can hurt themselves from the lights being turned on and off. I was looking at Fluval, Twinstar, Hygger ect ect. I won't have any live plants so that solves one problem. I don't want a light that puts on a yellow cast to the aquarium and I read that the Fluval 3.0 and Fluval 4.0 plant light will do just that and the Aquasky from them is no better. However I do like the program they offer with their lights. I was looking at the Twinstar S Line and the 47"cost about $459.00 each. Has anyone had any experience with Twinstar S series lights? I can afford 4 of their lights if they are really worth it. Any other suggestions?
