I just finished doing another WC. Boy that water was smelly! Only 5 months and 2 weeks til I get to put my tank back together. My corals are still growing and have all their polyps out. But I am still running my calcium reactor and a Kalk Reactor so that helps. Now I just need time and not to spend money. LOL! My Purple Fire Fish is doing great but my Peppermint shrimp died the next day. RIP buddy.

With all the tank remodling I have changed a few more things. I sold the MRC MR-1 protein skimmer and bought a EuroReef 8-2. My buddy and I did the recirculating and gate valve mod to it. It works great. Another thing I did was add a 2nd Tunze 6060. Now without the return pump my flow rate is 3170 GPH with a internal turn over rate of 42 Times Per Hour. I also removed the phosban reactor. I am going to add some Cheato to the sump instead of using a phosphate remover. I have a few more tasks before the aquarium is complete.

Well a very productive day. I chipped away a few more things on the Aquarium Revamp. I Added a 110W VHO Actinic and took out my T-5 UVI Super Actinic. I like the richness of the VHO actinics. Now I have 5 T-5's and 1 VHO. I also put a Hand Full of Cheato in the sump with a clamp light. For the bulb I used a 100W Twist PC light. Only a few more things to go. The biggest is the wait for the Live Rock to be finished cooking. (3 more months)
 
Well I found a bigger Calcium Reactor I want to buy so I am selling my smaller one. The one I currently have is great! But I am going to stock my 75 with a few more clams. So I will need a little bigger Reactor. PM me if you are interested in the smaller one. the Manufacturer rating is 150 gallons Mixed Reef. It is a Marine Life Aquatics CR-150
