So...
I have a Bear shaped plastic container from Target that had animal crackers in it.
I want to set up a simple nano that is easy to care for for my girlfriend's birthday next month.
Simple to clean, no filter, probably no heater cause of the plastic container.

I have to measure the gallon(s) by filling milk containers with water and pouring it in. It's literally shaped like a Bear so dimensions are impossible to figure.
It's probably 1-2 gallons.

NO bettas
I was thinking a couple glow fish or the likes, but not sure with no heater or filter.

Advice would be great!

get those little fake floaty fish things with the string tied to a weight at the bottom. impossible to kill, easy to care for.

I have actually had aggression issues with those. I would recommend a minimum up 5 gallons for those.

Haha on the plastic
:P

I would have to look into the feeding of those shrimp - needs to be easy, not frozen and such.

Airpump can/will be done

*edit - alright, alright kids, no fake things

a guppy or two with an air pump. my mom had one of those 1.5gal plastic tanks with gravel and air pump and a fake plant. she put 2 guppies and a small cory in there and now has 7 fully grown guppies. about 1 survives everytime theres a batch of babies

I was thinking about guppies.
I was thinking 3 males should be good with air.

Anyone else, suggestions in the LIVE category, lol

do you want them to breed or just for looks? cuz im not sure but 3 males usually dont produce offspring

No breeding.
There are so many weird shapes and a not so big opening on the top, it would be crazy to try to get the fry out.
Just 3 for show would work.

Any others?
I will put another thread up with pics during my setup.
