All of the NLS formulas contain garlic, the TherA formula just has a lot more garlic in it.
That L14 in my pic is now in a friends 600 gallon, still aggro as can be, and also eats the 10mm NLS broken up into smaller pieces. It's approx 9-10" TL.

L14 sunshine plecos are more of a carnivore. If it is eating NLS that is all it will ever need. I had an old L-600 that I fed just NLS for 5 years and he was 12 inches when I gave him to a member on here a few years back and he is stilll doing fine on just the NLS.
Ironically the one pleco in my friends 600 gallon that outcompetes the L14 shown above for NLS pellets, is a 12" L190, which has been fed NLS for several years, and never been supplemented with additional greens/vegetables.
My guys have really started to like "repashy" all my bottom guys like it my plecos and cores and my synos eat as well
NLS = New Life Spectrum, probably some of the best fish food you can buy.
Mine seem perfectly happy grazing on that plus flake, which has made me re-think not mixing them with my other plecs, the only real constraint is space...
