Proof Of How Powerful Jumpers Silvers Are

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wow, how much does that cover weigh? Looks hefty.

After seeing this (and hearing about so many other people's experiences with "jumpers") I'm convinced drop-eye in Aros is a result of scar tissue built up from repeated trauma to the upper eye socket.

Does your big fella have DE?

here are the proofs of the broken glass canopy.. 2nd piece of glass the aro broke.. water level is almost filled to the top which only 1" left till brace...the upright glass is a 3/8" thick for
temporarily

I have a net rated at 200lbs or so with one inch holes... it will be hooked around the tank with super glue hooks on the black trim. This should work. It still has a little play so if he jumps it will flex. Also going to make a lid with one inch foam under it.. foam is water/non toxic ( but I don't know if that for humans) try and mak something like this. I thought avoit the heavy lid but didn't want to make one up. Also mine hasn't jumped once in 6yrs.

its no silver aro, but my 2ft long saratoga decided to try and jump away from my RTC and broke my lids and was out on top of the tank flapping around.... was lucky i was watching the tank when it actually happened i would have never believed it otherwise...
