Proper PH and water temp for SA fish?

keeping high temps does not prevent ich completely. they can adjust to live in higher temps if they are subjected to them for long enough esp if they develop at those temps....you're not entirely true about higher temps are better to prevent ich some rare cases ich survived temps in the 90's, it does increase their metabolism and they become more active.
 
i would be one of those crazy ass fish keepers, my tanks are currently 8.7 ph, and i havent had issues with any of my fish with the high ph. similar stock list as yours. they would probably do better with a ph of 7.0-7.5
