Proper Stocking. Not over stocking

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
thanks everyone for your opinions.

Actually overstocking is cool if none is constantly attacking another and you have enough room for them to grow. Because the more the merrier!! For us...

well, I added some fishes I couldnt resist. What can i say/? Back to ghetto i guess. I always switch them back and forth to create peace anyway. Whoever is bad, goes to jail in my big net. I net them and set them at the corner. But They do get to go free for a swim every day :)

I added a wild small festae, 1 small red texas, and 1 small possible red texas, 1 parrot pair, 1 midas. Then took out the male breidohri.

Im pending sale on the red texas. The beautiful thing is going to new owner.

it is the same tank. Somebody is leaving the tank soon :( u just know it because they got to grow too. But if theres peace. No body leaving except thr red texas.

What did you do with the male Breidohri? That was a very nice pair. You have a nice stock. Personally, from the actions of that large Red Tex, I think it will cause trouble in the tank pretty soon. Get the jail ready.

Pinning a fish in a net in the corner for days on end is inhumane. What are you trying to do, punish the fish for its instinctual responses? Or are you just trying to break its spirit? Pinning them down is really the only thing your doing that is ghetto.

Good luck shuffling all those fish around with nets. Maybee time for a new tank ey? Or fish you can properly house together.

I think I read his post to quickly. I thought he used the net to put them in another tank, not to pin them in a corner of the tank. I'm sure Animal Guy is kidding. Right, Animal Guy?....
