So the revised list would be;
6-8 Lamprologous stappersi with at least a dozen shells
3 Cyprichromis leptosoma
5-6 Micralestes acutidens
4-5 Ectodus descampsii
1 pair of julidochromis transcriptus
I can picture a pale coarse sand/fine gravel bottom, a swath of apple snail or garden snail shells, a pile of dark rocks in a corner, and a nice twist of madrona tree branch angled across the tank.
The L. stappersi would hoard and defend the shells, the julies would take the rocks, the C. leptosoma should hang head down along the branch and near the rocks, the M. acutidens are mainly upper level, open water, top feeders, and the E. descampsii like the open sand/gravel near the bottom.
Hmmm, I may have to try this for myself when I get a chance.
