Hey guys I've been working out for about 6 months or so and have so far gained 10lbs, I'm 6'2 and right now I'm at 175. I am toned and have seen slight improvement in muscle size and mass. I'm just wondering what would be better for me mass builder or something else? I'm looking to gain size and little fat, any help is appreciated thanks!

What i would start with is a good protein and also some bcaas..
I would suggest a whey protein isolate that is one of the quicker absorbtion proteins otherwise the best would be hydrolized protein which is the best absorbtion protein out now.. But i myself take Isopure zero carb which i think works really well for me.... But the biggest of all is your recovery cause that is when you are really building if you think about it when your working out your tearing muscle and it recovers and rebuilds to get bigger.. Pre workouts always help for the motivation part and give you a nice pump.. But do a lot of research of work out routines i would say or even ask people in the gym..
