No box or manual. I purchased it with some other equipment last year. It really does look new. Pro Clear has the manuals in PDF format on their website. I would box it for shipping.
It's your call. I really would just hold onto it for a future tank at a lower number. I've always had tanks around and the equipment get's used at some point. If you have Saltwater tanks and you are a full time student, you have more cash that me when I was in school. You probably don't drink Meister Brau and Schafer beer either.
