How would you guys rate the SeaClone 100? I have heard mixed reviews from the LFS so now i turn to you guys. It's for a 56g. ALso if not that one, recommended another one!!!

I had a Seaclone 100 on a 90 gal that only housed a Undulated Trigger. i think the skimmer worked just fine for that application.. iam not saying it is the best of skimmers
i have had and have much better to be honest i only got the Seaclone because of the Tornado type effect it had ... and the money for it was right at the time..i would buy another one in a heart beat for a similar application ..yet i don't think i would use one on a full reel or a tank that has many fish in it...there i would go better

its going to be for a small reef setup, only abour 5 fish total, 2-4 shrimp, 4-5 snails, 3-4 hermits, and lots of corals.

you mean yep for SeaClone? Or yep for something else?

Seaclones work well for smaller aquariums, but there not the best. Not even close actually. It will work well for your 56 gallon tank, but if you want to go bigger you will need a bak pak protien skimmer, and if you want the best go for the Berlin skimmers.

Berlin skimmers................ music to my ears.........he'l be cool tho for what he's doing

so the seaclone 100 for my 65g reef setup will work?

Seaclones don't make alot of foam and are therefore, to me, inefficient. I knew someone who bought a seaclone but removed it from the tank because the darn thing was just wasting electricity. I suggest you find a better skimmer.
