Thanks for the feedback! SDs can get a bit confusing....very wrong for both Widebars and thin bars to share the exact scientific name! I am straight now! My biggest mystery was my Myleus rhombadalis....Searches yielded max size at 25 kilo although I hear now they max out at 7". It looks just like a wide Bar with no bars....tough ID!koltsix;4980077;4980077 said:Very nice, lovin all those Dat's! Yeah NGT's are real scarce around here especially at small sizes. Only see them every once in a blue on TUIC's(Rapps) stocklist. As for that Barred SD, sorry it's definetly not a Widebar. The Widebar's have the clear/blue hooks and their bar's are alot wider. Also the Thinbar SD's stay alot smaller and grow slower than the Wide's. Also if I'm not mistaken the Widebar SD's are the largest growing SD's and hence the name Emperor.

Rich sold me the NGT!! i do not know why he sold it!! I sold my two little ATs last week....I have some thin bars but would only consider an interesting trade. ST will set you back between 500-1200 dollars! One of these new fangled VT pulchers can be had for 350-450 bucks at 4-5". I do not think you will find a Siamese ST under 10" as they are extinct in the wild and not commercially bred. i have one 2" AT....they are not usually that hard to find!sturgeonlover;4980976;4980976 said:thats gold MINE NGT though man, VERY beautiful!! I'm looking for small dats. I like to grow my fish and enjoy the experience. Sold all my big bichirs and bought little guys all over again. I wanna do dats because they grow slower and the experience will last longer lol
