Listen fellas I've keep both and Piranha's will kill and or eat anything you put in your tank I've tried ele. catfish and all the only thing that I could keep with them is a placo and even he got hit from time to time as my p's got mature but he only came out at night and he was in the tank before the p's where....

Just curious, why do it?

I like the Idea of a natural habitat....mixing fish with caution of course I had alot of success ...my last was to RBP's and a Sanchezi till my friend fell in love with my red spilo and i sold him....but yeah thats my reason behind it..

I think it depends ..some of us are more lucky and have yet to exp. those type of deaths....but yes bottom line there predator's and the less space u have the less chance that they have of co-existing

Good luck I guess it can be done I have my P's in a 240g with plenty of hideing spots but there are always exceptions I just don't want people thinking that this can be done most of the time....
