The point is laws are made not to be broken but to be followed regardless of your excuses. Even MFK does not condone illegal activities such as keeping fish that are banned in one area. Jason and arkmann have a point. In the first place, one should research before buying a fish. Unfortunately, it is a common practice for many of us to buy fish on impulse without regard to the laws and other basics. Had this incident been avoided, none of this argument would have happened. There are only very few people still around who choose to obey the laws, no matter how hard it is for them to accept what they didn't want to happen in the first place.

Oo nga. Bakit kailangan pa ng sumbungan? Kung mahal wag bilin, pag may bumili, may pera yung bumili sigurado. Medyo kawawa yung nagancho pero kasalanan nya rin kasi hindi muna sya nag-research.
Hangga't may bumibili ng mga bawal na isda, may magbebenta pa din.

well guys you are very right, the point din is bakit kaming mga enthusiasts ang pag-iinitan nyo, well parang ganito yan eh d ba drugs bawal and ang hinuhuli nila is ang mga pusher and pinapagamot lang ang mga user, and kami owner lang we know na bawal ang P's but it's just a fish it's not gun or drugs, it's just a hobby.... 3nsky is right why not go to cartimar, or even in tiendisitas na talamak din ang bentahan ng P's, bakit d niyo nga mapasarado mga stores nla... din un ang sinasabi nyong law d2 sa Pinas....... sadly ganun ang Law na pinagmamayabang nio..... Im just an enthusiasts telling my opinion, and i respect all your opinoins... just try to respect mine..... thanks

The bigger picture is that majority of people in this thread and in this discussion knows what they are doing. If you are talking about the bigger picture of the Philippine economy, you should go down in Congress and demand an ALMOST complete overhaul of Filipino leaders. There are no checks and balances. That is the bigger picture if you ask me.

Sale of illegal fish probably has the least effect on the so called "economic imbalance" of the Philippines. There's a whole encyclopedia of other factors that will affect the economy of the Philippines. It sucks to think that during the 1950-1960s, the Philippine economy is second only to Japan...

You'd be surprised at how many people are selling illegal fish here at the site. But by doing that, both seller and buyer completely accepts the fact that the owner of the site and its moderators will not hesitate in cooperating with the authorities once their assistance is asked. It is the site's policy not to condone sale and buying of illegal fish but if you do it, your *** will be handed to the authorities once they asked for it. Moderators, please do correct me if I am wrong here.

They do not condone it but its basically watch your own *** thing. Assume the benefits and risks of your actions.

Parekoy, sa tingin ko lang eh ang pagbebenta at pagbili ng mga pinagbabawal na isda "should be the least of the worries of the Philippines."

Alam naman natin ang sitwasyon ng ekonomiya nga Pinas at hindi mga bawal na isda ang isa sa mga dahilan.

Sa tingin ko lang e hindi dapat isumbong ang mga may alaga ng mga bawal na isda lalo na kung alam nila na hindi dapat pakawalan sa mga ilog o mga lawa yung mga pogi. Lalo na kung maayos naman sila mag-alaga.


So ano na, MFK Philippines Meet na sa December!!!
