PS3 Resistance series (Fall of Man and Resistance 2)

First one I really enjoyed... the second one did improve on a lot of aspects but I hated they took out campaign co-op and the weaponb wheel. The weapons themselves felt a little less imaginative than the first also. Still, looking forward to 3. Did you play the PSP resistance... its probably better than the 2 ps3 games.


I love insomniacs games, but they don't use the PS3 like uncharted/uncharted 2/killzone 2/heavy rain/gow3/gran turismo/wipeout/motorstorm etc. Even they've said they aim for games that run at a steady 60fps but after a crack in time are going to lower the framerate like other games so they can do more graphically. Resistance 3 will be interesting.

ive got a crack in time. ive always been a fan of ratchet and clank... ive gotta say insomniac's best games were the 2nd and 3rd R&C games and the first 3 games of the PS1 spyro series.

I never played the ps2 ratchets. So only played tools of destruction and quest for booty.
Crack in time good? I enjoyed the demos, just I wanted to get uncharted 2, fifa 10 and mw2 at the time so I missed it. I'll pick it up when it gets cheaper.

Yeah a crack in time is pretty good. I dunno if they have this in the other ps3 ratchets, but in a crack in time you can pilot yer ship around the galaxy, finding stuff on all the different moons and whatnot.
