and finally, the last day before they left for 2nd L-numbers days in Hannover, Germany, DAY 250, after a bit more than 8 months at home. :

During the 2006-2012 time, I had good success in a 320x70x70 cm Xingu tank, where I had several spawnings... Including this one, but also, Pseudacanthicus sp L320, Retroculus xinguensis (only spawnings, never had the chance to raise the larvae further than hatching), Geophagus sp "red head Tapajos"...

But those were no Monsters...

Proud papa. Must have brought a tear to your eye to see your little babies going off to Germany all on their own.
