This is where you can find all the banned species.

The CITIES list has nothing to do with the ban.

I would of a while back. Wanted L-24 for such a long time finally just gave up on them. Took more of an interest in L-600 which I have a few larger specimens. Just as nice imo and a lot easier to get a hold of.

Ive only seen the l114 in person. I love mine. It hides all day long but still my fav.
