He should hide it somewhere. He could say it got out or that it died. He doesn't have to provide evidence because this is not a criminal case. After this has all blown over he can put it in his house somewhere where it is not visible. They can't search his house because they will never get a warrant.

This is so dumb, its only a old tropical snakehead, how can a single snakehead start to reproduce in the lake? And it doesnt even survive winters. I think our Government need to be educated about the snakeheads. Who knows the tropical and dwarf snakeheads will become legal again in future.
