I don't see why they wouldn't allow a Zoo to take the Snakehead even if it's out of state.... The D.C. Aquarium could use a snakehead to spice things up for sure. It's already incredibly underrated but they have the exhibit space!

gm all as for trasporting rocky its just worthless i have tried and have had a few places calling and emailing saying they were waiting rockys arrival that they had a tank set up for him ,but then found out about the federal transport law and permits needed and got back to me saying well now they cant take him ,im at a dead end i have written and made numorous phone calls trying to reach the govenours office and to no prevail of course ..here are the 2 latest news articles on the story ..
