I'm crossing my fingers that the DEC is hoping to just push this aside, let this fiasco die down, and pretend it never happened. I can't imagine that they really want to spend a ton of time and money on this, but maybe they just felt that they needed to make a public appearance to discourage people from buying these guys. We can only hope...
