Keep in mind, the Amazon puffer prefers to be in groups of 3 or more, requiring a minimum of 45-55g tank (long footprint is best). They are also the absolutely worst species for overgrown teeth, requiring regular dentistry.
Palembangs grow to about 7" & require a minimum of 40g. Suvattii should be fine in that tank. I have a Congo in a 20g. If you've never seen a red Congo before, they're quite impressive!
