in any way similar to mine? the markings and body shape are similar, i will give you that. unless mine is some type of variation, it is not in fact a diodon holocanthus. mr. reef24, i thank you for stating your opinion, but if all your going to do is reiterate your previous post without defending it in any way or stating similarities, i dont see why you are posting. i am not trying to be rude in any way, but the one i have posted in the picture has patterning throughout the fins and spikes sticking straight out similar to a spiny box. in my opinion, the two look very different.
 
after a bit of research i have found that it is not a diodon holocanthus, it is a Cyclichthys orbicularis. just so all of you know for future reference.

how about striped burrfish? cant really tell with the quality of pics, try not being so close to the fish and getting a farther shot but one that is a little more clear :)
