lol sorry guys my cameras broken. It looks and ats like a big green spotted puffer but has brown spots black stomach and is DARK green. He turns gold when he gets stressed.

Do a google search for Tetraodon fluviatilis and see what you think.

It sounds like a green spot or an asselus by color, but those little brackish puffers are all on the similar side. I saw one labled a "Neon Green" once that fits the description as well.
