r there any dwarf puffers for sw cuz my friend has a 10gal set up and wats a puffer but was wondering if they have any dwarf puffers out there for sw

a 2-3 inch puffer is still too big for a 10 gallon.. your friend is looking at a 30 gallon for the smallest SW puffers available

wow im suprised ive never kept one before thats alot of tank for one fish that size are they really active or what makes them need so much space?

They are very messy eaters.

they make alot of mess (like all puffers) and are rather territorial (again like all puffers)

plus the smallest SW puffers are like 3-4 inches.. a ten gallon is too small for ANYfish that size

theres pufferes like the honneycomb that get about 4 inches but as BIG was saying, a 30 gallon is the minimum
