Pump for a 230 gallon???

if you can't figure it out after all the advice you have been given then you're hopeless man!!! you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out simple answers to fairly common Q's. measure from the floor to the top of your tank and then find a pump that can still push like 1,000g at say 4-5ft.

You can't run a canister off an overflow very well because when the water evaporates you risk running your pump dry and you also filter much less detritus out of the water. And with a filter like an OceanClear the pump needs to go before the filter.
