I'm based in the UK and wondering what options I have for pushing 900g an hour for my sump?

Obviously I want minimal power usage, quietness and quality.

What are my options?

eheim 1262, mag 9, or quiet one (not sure which model for 900gph) are all great pumps. I have both the eheim and mag drive pumps and they're both hard to beat in all departments. The eheim is probably the quietest IMO

pump arrived today, so had it up and running.

Straight out of the box it ran extremely powerful just in the tank, once I added the 4ft of hose to it and the spray bar it was absolutely useless!! Was equivalent to my Eheim 2028!!

So I did a test and worked out it was flowing at just 700lph, no kinks in the pipe or anything.

So I have now ordered an Eheim 1262 and keep that one as a backup

Eheim 1262 arrived today and calculated I was getting just 960 lph!!!

Everywhere I've ever read has said it doesn't matter what size your return piping is!! Well it does!

I removed my spray bar and I managed to bump it up to 1200 lph

So my question is, what size piping do I need to get 3400 lph???

Currently it is 16/22mm Eheim piping fixed to a spray bar.

What should I have?? Some form of Y fitting?

Please help?
