And you would be right , 1200gph max thats what E-shopps just told me , so what do you reccommend ?

"The pump"

Find a pump that pumps 1200gph or less at 4ft of head pressure. For example get a mag 1800 and add a ball valve in case you have to slow down the flow a bit

Ultimately, the output of the pump at the stated head pressure should NEVER exceed the max flow through the overflow(s). If you have a larger pump (mag 1800), use a ball valve to slow the flow a bit.
