I don't know what to say. WOW!!! I don't think I like the idea, piercing humans yes, put putting your pet fish through that, NO!!!

Ok I checked out your video and bud I'm sorry you need to worry more about keeping up on your water changes and such and less about piercing your fish. Your water had to be down a good 5" and your heater was exposed...your asking for bad news man... Sorry but you set yourself up for some bashing.

Chad

I agree.......theres four oscars in his tank and a severum in what looks to be not even close to big enough of a tank.......that water is down pretty damn far and your heater is exposed.......maybe we should get the fish in a decent home before we decide to start piercing them?

I don't agree with it. Who knows really how the fish feel. Could not feel it at all or could feel really uncomfortable when they try swimming.

To each his own.

Wow, that's sure.......different!

Was it hard to hold the fish, pry open their mouth, and get the stud in? How long did it take to do it?

Hopefully this won't start up a new "pierced fish" craze like the tattoo fish thing.

I don't think it's that bad. I wouldn't do that to any of my buddies but it does look pretty cool.

I do agree on the tank maintenance though. That tank looks rough bro...

Thanks for sharing the pics! :)

woah, i think it looks pretty bad ass. i wouldn't do it to my fish but i'm not in to that kinda thing

Somebody has way too much time on their hands.

I think if fish were able to write and built a sign it would be something like this

:help2:

poor fish, atleast with a hook you take it out and usualy you dont fish for your pets, so to put studs in your pet fish, your kinda sick minded if you ask me.

Very cool.:headbang2 I am glad that fish do not have many nerve endings in their mouths. Do fish have nipples?:naughty:

I think it looks cool. Some say it may look crule, but comparing it to dogs getting their balls choped off...this is better.

a couple of thoughts:
Nobody asked the fish if they wanted to be caught and pulled out of their home and be sold in a fish store for our amusement. (especially the feeders!)
I also forgot to ask my dog how he felt about having him "chopped":nutkick:  and my house cat de-clawed.:WHOA: Us humans are so unthoughtful. On the serious side, we do some unintentional awful things to the world around us. Some, even intentional. This is hardly cruel compared to what we do on a daily basis. Weird and unusual, yes...cruel, ?????

P.S. don't you just love threads like this?:D
