Pup hatched, poor pics.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Where did you move? Congrats on the pups.

BG - Yes, you can sex them right out of the egg. Sometimes the claspers are hard to see b/c they are so small at such a young age. I have a nice mixed sex group of different ages (to ensure they are not from the same parents).

Wurm - I'm in Texas for a bit while I wait to hear on a job. Ironically, I am travelling out of state next week to look at another one while I wait.

Wait you can buy a coral cat from an egg can a LFS order them or can you get them online?

I got them locally throught a very good high end shop. I'm sure if you look around, you'll be able to find them. If not, in three years, I'm sure I'll be selling captive bred pups.

OK, well my shop gets remoras quite often, so maybe they can get a coral cat egg; if not, we will talk in three years lol.

Congrats on the hatch!

Teen Aquarist, trying not to laugh at your avatar b/c I'm in the law library, but it's a good one!

Hehe thanks, I don't even know how I found it.

Update:
I circled the visible pup on the right end so you can get a feel for how long the tank is.
Forgive the odd angle, it was the only way I could get most of the tank, and still have a shark in the pic. For size reference, that small shark is the size of my hand. Tank is 6' long, almost 3' wide and 12" deep (give or take).
