pup with sum weird stuff goin on with her

i have noticed for the past week some dark lines appearing on my fairly new pup. it started with dark lines on the left side of her disc and today looks lik a wound. she is the most active pup i have outta the 4 and she is still eatting lots, doest seem to affect her at all. i would appreciate sum feed thx guyz and gals.
srry for the crappy iphone pics she didnt wanna sand still. if better pics are required ill take sum with a better camera.

the heater do not have covers on them when i set the tank up i picked a rena smart heater. just for the slow warm ups so the fish would not get burned. but i will go out and find a cover the thing is it started with those dark lines on the left side and today it has a wound lik mark.
 
i also think it looks like another ray bit her.. maybe even the red arrow tried to pick her up.. i had a silver arrow try and eat a pup of mine b4..

Hey Chris,

It looks like bitting to me as well. Maybe you could put a divider in tank and section of the aro and the pleco for the time being. Maintain excellent water quality and she should heal soon. 2x4' lighting diffusers or egg crate work great as a cost effective divider. Observe your fish carefully, with pics and videos we can better help you. I will be in Calgary the first weekend in March and can stop by to help you, if you haven't resolved this by then.
 
today the wound looks like a scab or growth on it now i am pretty worried now here a pic to show the area of concern.
