Pure Red Devil or Midevil

went to the fish factory today and the previous time i saw a red devil lips were huge and varried coloration but i went back today and almost after a month of my previous visit it was still there i spent a lot of time studdying immages of jeff rapps pures and this one looks like it could fit in varried color big lips heres a picture of the devil as u can see has veryy large lips with varried color ation

wanted to see what mfk had to say and yeah they are huge you should see jeff rapps red devils there lips look like some one took it out of the tank and puched in the face with knuckel dusters

Do you know anything about its origin (as in did it come from Rapps for example)? If the answer is no, then you have to assume it's not pure

idk if it was rapps or not but i could have been hes in the area so i may have been but from studding pictures of A. Labatius they tend to have large lips and varried coloration ex red orange black and white all on one fish but i got it at fish factory levittown PA they have good stocking (ex silver saums high grade flower horns tsnxrtc and many other) but i understand where your coming from

I don't see why its funny...most lfs bring in fish from big companies like segrest, I'm not saying that the fish should not be purchased or anything, im saying you should assume hybrid if you don't know its background. Seems logical to me

Its hard to tell without more info, but it could turn out to be a sweet looking fish. The big lips are cool.

It's a Red Devil. Anyone who wants to assume anything are just in too deep and only confusing and complicating their own brains.
