I tried those big purina bags for tilapia, my dovi would not eat it. I ended up feeding the bag to my canal, the fish there would not even go for it aggressively.

Most of the "chemical names" are vitamins. The rest are preservatives and binders. You can Google each one by name for an explanation of each.
