purple in ZZRD

Ok so here's mac (bad pic I know), my low grade ZZ Red Dragon. She's a female.

Thing i mostly like about her is that instead of the front half being red, like in so many red dragons, she is a very deep purple.

How many of you guys have seen this in red dragon?
I want to get her a mate (obviously she is low grade, but she deserves to lay), but I want to get her something that might possibly have the purple genes instead of red.

Has anyone out there seen any other darker colour red dragons that have purple instead of red?

My requirements for a mate are a male with a big kok, that got it at a young age (as this is what everybody likes), that has purple in the front half instead of red.

So.. opinions?

I'm between a purple dragon (thats what I'm calling her) male (if I can find one), and one of those olschool jin kangs that are half purple and half yellow,

but can you even find those anymore?

She looks a lot better now, this was when she was young. Every time I move her to a better tank and feed her better her colour improves. She is now only striped on the back half with a completeley purple front and reddish purple covering most of her dorsal fin.

Yeah, cause the FH in my avatar is low grade...I am not saying its a MP or even close but it is def not low grade.

why do you say that? She started a dark red, and is getting more purple. What, in your experience, prompted you to say so?

Your fish isn't a Jin Kang, and I believe the Jin Kang strain has died off.. or has been diluted lol. I've never kept low grade Fh's, but I know the purple will not be permanent.
