Thanks guys! I have a question though. This fish was really pink in the store tank. But under my light (just a cheap spot lamp) it almost looks orange. Any suggestions on lighting to bring the pink color out?

Ive noticed with rose queens and this might be just me but ive had my rose queen for years now, the pink hue is a mood thing also just the individual fish. Some are neon pink and when theyre moody they go to light pink and some are light pink an when they get moody the go to orange. Mine is at its pinkist at breeding time or when shes fighting with the midas female.

what type of bulb you go for? I use power glow florescent bulbs.

Picked up a used coralife fixture with a 10000k and an actinic. I may switch out the bulbs at some point for something a little less "salt water" but for now I like it.
