im kinda thinking it might not be an oxygen problem. that is if you dont have way too many fish for the tank or something. i would guess its a water quality issue. no sure of ur tank size or how many fish you have with what size filter, but that would probably help out

I always fill my tanks to top and have no problems. You treated the water, right?

Really doubtful that it was an oxygen problem at all... have you tested your water yet? and you should probably just invest in an air stone to avoid any issues with oxygen at least...
