Puzzling BGK

I think so? I don't know for sure, mine does that too so guessing it is? Mine found 4 leaves on one of the plants and stretches across them like a hammock and lies there every once and a while. Then it's back to swimming around like normal.
 
alright, i made a cave out of 3 rocks and he goes under it and lays on the gravel. also are they possible herbivores too, mine nibbles on my java moss quite frequently
 
Mine does the same as well but once i go close to the tank he jumps right up so Im guessing its natural I mean he does move constantly with that single fin so im sure he gets tired at times.
 
BGKs are very interesting that way. They tend to lay on their side from time to time. Especially if it's underneath driftwood and/or rock.
 
Yes, mine does that too.

Are you sure it nibbles on the java? And that it's not just sniffing? When they sniff around it almost looks like they nibble stuff.
 
not really. Back when I had one it was always undulating even when it was on it's side
 
My BGK move too many they looking for Bloodworms :O or live food, when the light down. cant like day. hide a lots and sleep under driftwood
