I want to add a home made heater guard made out of PVC for my moms ray but I hate the plain white look.

I was thinking about gluing some fake plants to it. What are some safe adhesives I can use to get this project done?

And maybe some safe paint to make the pipe brown or black?

if you cover the heater with pvc i dont understand how the heat will get out and maybe melt your pvc or insulate your heater so it gets too hot.

Cause you make so many slits in the PVC that theres more removed pvc then remaining.

Aquaruim silicon for the plants. Krylon fusion for the color.

Drilling holes is for bored people. Busy people get jiggy with a chopsaw. :)

I think if your aquarium water temp is hot enough to melt PVC, you most likely are gonna find dead rays in the tank already.
