Neil - No not the med. Although once on a Ferry to gibralta I saw literally a whole sea full of dolphins, all diving out of the water, amazing. Small though, they looked 3 or 4 foot.

This time it was the atlantico The sea is incredibly cold, yet these dolphins were huge, I'm not kidding, like 7 or 8 foot. They came so close. I live on the North West coast about an hour from Santiago de Compostela.

What species of Dolphin are these?

Also, are there whales that enter the Med? I am lacking knowledge about the Med's Ecosystem.

We all know you, don't worry about that. The word troll was meant towards the post. That post sounded (and still sounds) like a troll to me.
