python no spill clean

I bought the aquenon one and took it apart trying to get it to fit one of sinks on the downstairs tank.

It was amazing but now it leaks terribly now. Silver lining don't take more pieces off then you have to or atleast remember excatly which washer went into which hole.

but petsmart does sell a replacement piece (It's all the pieces that come with it on the faucet side)

if you have a gravel vac already just buy the hose you need and this piece (which is 10$).. Connect the two and you should be good to go! And alot cheaper!

I should have said, I use the brass python connector on my sink. Python definitely makes that better, but I prefer the valve design on the aqueoun. I've gone through two pythons and two aqueons, for the record.
 
also i might add that my python came with the brass connector, and you need to make sure the inside piece inside the threaded outer part is thoroughly screwed in before every use to eliminate as much leaking as possible.

My biggest complaint is that they dont just sell the longer suck tubes for those with 27" + tall tanks stock instead of having to make/buy one
 
how much is a aqueon anyways?
