Python water changer

Is python really needed? I just use a normal hose, insert 1 end into the water, suck the other end and water will start flowing out. Then you can use the end in the water to do vaccumming

Yeah, but then you need to refill it. How are you planning to do that? Buckets?

With a Python you turn a valve and start refilling it.

I don't use a python, I suck to siphon out the door, then a DIY'd connection to the kitchen tap. If I had to keep using buckets...Well...I wouldn't a fishtank anymore.

Over winter for me that would result in the tank tank dropping to around 50°F. Less than ideal. Summer, still would drop to around 65F.

Oh sorry... My country 4 seasons is slightly different... it's hot , very hot, very very hot and super duper hot
